This 2 1/2" (64.4mm) high, wood handrail/leaning rail design assists elderly patients with mobility in assisted living and nursing home environments. Its standard 2" (50.8mm) wide, oval gripping surface provides added security for hands that may struggle with smaller, round handrails. An optional 1 1/2" (38.1mm) gripping surface is also available. The continuous wood profile mounts to a continuous aluminum retainer. Available with a plain face or a feature bumper.
